Ms. Alana Jochum, the Northeast Ohio Coordinator for Equality Ohio will speak Tuesday, March 3 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in Room 109. She oversees local coalition building, programming, relationship development and volunteer coordination in efforts to strengthen the region's LGBTQ-serving entities. Her role involves  active policy development, education and training, and legislative actions. She is serving in this role while on leave from her law practice as an associate attorney at Squire Patton Boggs. Join Ms. Jochum at this roundtable for a discussion of her career path; her day-to-day work; tips for working in non-profits or policy roles as well as big law practice; and ideas for pursuing your passions while also building your legal career, and more. This is an interactive conversation, so bring your questions!
